Members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by engaging in a day of service in our communities and around the world to promote peace and community through love and keeping with Dr. King’s life and teachings. 

Omicron Phi Omega Chapter is pleased to partner with Indiana University Kokomo in presenting the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration to the Kokomo community. In keeping with Dr. King’s legacy, the event features youth programs with activities for grades K-12.  In addition, the event seeks to bridge community relations through engagement and social awareness with local families and organizations.
